1. 📦 ORDER PROCESSING
Once your order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed, our team begins processing your order within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Switzerland.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Once your order has been packed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. The Fur Lover is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing times may extend to 3–5 business days. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
2. 🚚 SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & DELIVERY TIMES
We ship worldwide! Below are our estimated delivery timeframes:
🇨🇭 Switzerland (Domestic)
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)
🌍 Europe
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Countries include: Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, and more.
🌐 International (Rest of World)
- Standard Shipping: 10–21 business days
- Countries include: USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, and more.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier issues, weather conditions, or customs processing.
3. 💰 SHIPPING RATES
We believe every pet lover deserves affordable shipping. Here's our pricing:
- 🎉 FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over CHF 50
- Standard Shipping: CHF 5.90 for orders under CHF 50
- Express Shipping (Switzerland): CHF 12.90
- International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. No hidden fees!
4. 📬 ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your unique tracking number
- The name of the carrier handling your delivery
- A direct link to track your package in real time
You can also track your order at any time by visiting our website and entering your order number. If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
5. 🌍 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, international shipments may be subject to:
- Customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country
- Import fees charged by local authorities
- Customs clearance delays which are outside our control
These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing your order.
The Fur Lover is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
6. 📦 PACKAGING
We take great care in packaging your pet products safely and securely. All orders are packed with care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible because we care about our planet just as much as we care about your pets! 🌱🐾
7. ❌ LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
While we do our best to ensure safe and timely delivery, occasionally issues may arise:
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Check all possible delivery locations around your property
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- If still unresolved, contact us at support@thefurlover.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and items
- Contact us at support@thefurlover.com within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible
Stolen Packages: The Fur Lover is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend providing a secure delivery address or requesting signature confirmation if needed.
8. 🔄 INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing an item, please contact us at support@thefurlover.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of what you received, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
9. ⏸️ ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@thefurlover.com. We can only make changes or cancellations if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
10. 🎄 HOLIDAY & PEAK SEASON SHIPPING
During major holidays and sale events (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.), shipping carriers experience significantly higher volumes which may cause delays beyond our estimated timeframes. We strongly recommend placing your orders well in advance during these periods to ensure timely delivery.
